Collars may be exchanged any time by mail and I will personally service retailers and exchange collars as often as possible. This allows you to sample a wide variety of collars to determine your customers preference.

Collar Information

Washable: All collars are adjustable and washable. Collars should not be put in the dryer - simply hang to dry.

Trim Collars: "Trim collars" are made on a wide variety of color-coordinated nylon webbing. Nylon webbing provides strength and durability.

Cotton Collars: Cotton collars are 100% cotton in the small and cat sizes. Large and medium cotton covered collars are sewn onto polypropylene webbing. Polypropylene also provides strength and durability.

Buckles: All buckles are made of Delrin, a strong petroleum material used in mountain/rock climbing and parachutiing. The dog collars use easy to fasten and release buckles. The cat collars use a break-away type buckle, designed to help prevent cats from getting "hung up." After extended wear the cat buckle will break away too easily. To correct this, customers can push up on the tongue that fastens the buckle, giving it renewed strength.

Never carry holiday inventory from one year to the next.
You may have holiday collars on consignment, return unsold collars, and pay for what you sold at full price OR you can pay for holiday collars when received (with appropriate discount applied) and exchange unsold collars after the holiday.

Shipping will be a flat rate of $5.00 per order beginning Jan. 1, 2005.

A discount may be taken for immediate payment with a minimum order of$150. Net payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. A late payment charge of 1.5% per month may be charged on overdue accounts.

Discounts: 5% with minimum $150 order or 10% with minimum $500 order.

Discounts apply only if payment is postmarked within 5 days of receipt of your order.
